Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unworn garment in its original packaging, ensuring all traditional embroidery and delicate fabrics are protected.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
